I propose accordingly, subject to Your Lordship's approval, to grant the site to the University on the usual terms, namely a 999 years' lease, with a covenant restricting user to University purposes, at a nominal Crown rent of $1.00 per annum and without the

payment of any premium. The value of the land is estimated

at approximately $1.00 per square foot, the area bei ng 17,580 square feet.
